Craftsmanship Built
for Life on the Water

Salish Sea Marine Canvas is a one-craftsman operation specializing in custom marine canvas for boats throughout the Seattle area and Puget Sound. Every project is designed and fabricated from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts.

Using digital patterning and CAD design, I capture your boat's exact geometry to ensure a precision fit that looks great and lasts. From a single cover to a full cockpit enclosure, the standard is always the same: impeccable.

What We
Create

Every canvas project starts with a conversation. No guesswork — just a clear process from first call to final installation.

Boat Tops

Hard tops, bimini tops, and custom shade structures designed to complement your boat's lines and stand up to Pacific Northwest conditions.

Enclosures

Full cockpit enclosures and dodgers that extend your boating season — keeping wind, rain, and spray out without sacrificing visibility.

Covers & Protection

Custom covers for your entire vessel or specific equipment — tender covers, sail covers, mooring covers, and more. Fitted to perfection.

Repairs Available

Canvas repair is billed at $150/hour, one-hour minimum. Most repairs are completed in 1–2 hours with a typical turnaround of 1–2 business days. I pick up and deliver canvas at your boat.

01

Discovery Call

We start with a conversation — by phone or email — to discuss your project, answer questions, and give you a rough price range and timeline. No obligation.

02

Design & Fabrication

I visit your boat for a thorough assessment and digital patterning session. Using CAD, I design your canvas precisely — then fabricate it in my shop. No return visits needed until installation.

03

Installation

Final installation includes placing and setting all snaps and hardware. This step typically takes 2–8 hours depending on project scope, and results in a flawless, ready-to-use canvas.
